Oscar had to work in a small space in a condominium with strict requirements in a town with strict regulations. He handled it all beautifully, and in fact, was hired by the condominium board to remodel the large social room. And he was also hired by other tenants. For our remodeling, I was out of state but Oscar sent photos and kept me in the loop. Love my 2 new bathrooms.

Thanks to Oscar and his team, the place has been beautifully modernized with new bathrooms and a fresh coat of internal and external paint amongst other things. The improvements have made our vacation home even more comfortable and appealing. Costs were on par with other contractors, what set Oscar apart was the level of engagement, the communication was fantastic. Despite living out of state, we never worried about a thing!
