Excellent. Mark himself came over to measure and oversee our estimate. Went in to the office to choose flooring and paid deposit. Garla and Samantha looked after us and were very patient with our questions, and we feel we were educated well about different flooring options, and we did not feel pressured at all. Product was ordered for us. Product then arrived before we expected it and they called to schedule installation at our convenience. The crew arrived on schedule and got to work immediately. They were neat in their removal of the awful old carpet, and removed it from our property for dumping. They worked systematically, quickly and professionally and the job was completed before noon on the second day. The owners of the company and their daughters were available throughout the process and they did a phenomenal job.
