David Braunheim Painting

I cannot begin to say enough positive things about David and his crew. I recently remodeled another bathroom of similar size and it was a nightmare from beginning to end. It was over priced, absolutely no communication and the job took 3 months. David completed my bathroom and kitchen in less than two weeks. Everyday I knew exactly who was going to be here to do what. There was never a day anyone was a minute late and always very professional and friendly. I spoke or communicated with David every day. The work turned out absolutely gorgeous! I would hire him again in a minute. I actually will be hiring again next year to paint my entire interior of my house as well as a small guest bath and possible kitchen backsplash. If you are looking to have any painting or remodeling done he is the man you want! More than satisfied customer!!!!

I called around a number of places to get quotes for coating the garage floor in our new house.  There are a few different systems out there, but I liked what David does.  He acid washes the floor first to open up the pores of the concrete to better adhere to the coating.  Then he puts on two coats of commercial epoxy.  Then uses two more coats of a clear polyurethane.  The final product is awesome.  They are many companies who will do something similar for more money, and a few who will do something of less quality for less money.  But this was a great choice.  It's been about 6 weeks and the floor still looks great.  David was a pleasure to work with.

David and his team were very professional and worked hard to get the job done quickly. We bought the paint ourselves and David provided his advice as needed. I would highly recommend him to everyone. Great person and great job! Sorry for posting this review so late David!

First of all, David was kind, patient and professional at a time when that was not the experience I was having with my general contractor. We had been through eight months of an estimated four-month remodel. After daily excuses from my GC, that had dragged our project out many many months, I was finally forced to seek out my own painter to complete jobs that clearly were not going to get completed by the GC in order for us to be back in our space for the holidays. David to the rescue... David assessed the situation, quickly provided me with an estimate., coordinated himself and staff so that they were able to get in and out in as short a time as possible. David communicated very well, was punctual and he stayed in close contact during the whole project. The finished product is lovely. David came into this messy remodel situation with a very positive can-do attitude and even coordinated with my grumpy contractor with great finesse. He never allowed the situation to affect his mood or professionalism and that was just what i needed at the time. I look forward to calling on David again for future projects.

He also helped connect me to a few other trusted contractors I needed for other improvements. David is a true professional in every sense of the word. He was punctual and I hardly ever knew he was in the house. He and his crew always cleaned up after their work and once they left for the day you would never know they had been here. David takes great pride in his work and it is clear that it is his personal signature of excellence. David Braunheim Painting receives my highest recommendation.

Dave did a great job. He was punctual, professional, reliable and reasonable. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him for your residential painting needs.

This job went very smooth, just as I expected it to happen with David. They came in on Monday the 1st and started working on the fireplace and dining room.  Monday they built the hearth for the new fireplace and got the walls painted and ready for more of the work to be done on Tues.  Tues they installed the mantle and side columns along with completing the installation of the crown molding and chair railing in the dining room.

Wed the finished all of the tile work and grout for the new fireplace along with mounting the glass doors on it. They also spent the day touching up the paint in the dining room on the walls and ceiling.

I like this contractor. He gives me a fair price and does exactly what he says he will do, in a timely manner.

Dave came out on a Monday afternoon to give me an estimate for all of the work. I told him that speed was of the essence for this job as we had company coming in for the Holiday. He made some adjustments to his schedule and his crew and himself showed up the next morning at 7 AM to start the job.  They had the job completed by Thurs at noon. I was amazed at how quick all of this work was completed. And they did a very good job. I will use this company again for any painting and remodel jobs I may have.

David showed up on time for the estimate and on time for the start of the job. He went over the game plan and got right to work. Everything went perfect and He finished ahead of time. I can't recommend David enough. He is very professional and respectful of Your house. I will be using David again to paint the exterior soon. Do Yourself a favor. David used a gel stain which we, and he for that matter, were not all that pleased with. The doors look okay, but I wish traditional stain had been used. He would not return my calls and blocked my emails after the job, all I wanted to know was could it be gone over with regular stain. I would not use him again for staining.

THE STAFF WAS PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT. THE WORKLOAD WAS QUITE LARGE, BUT THE STAFF PROVIDED RECOMMENDATIONS AND TOOK THE TIME TO WORK WITH US. WE HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

THEY CAME ON TIME AS SCHEDULED AND DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE CARPETING. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP WELL AFTER THE WHOLE INSTALLATION PROCESS AND THE ESTIMATION WE RECEIVED BEFOREHAND WAS A GOOD PRICE.
