I contracted Alex through a recommendation from a handyman who was working on my backyard. Our AC had a leak and we paid him $275 for the repair and freeon. The very next day we noticed the freeon appeared to be leaking exactly where he did the repair. We sent him video, called and asked him to come back to fix the job he did. He refused to come by and ghosted us. I had to contact another AC repair man to fix the work he did AND an additional $200 for the freeon that had leaked out. I do not recommend Arctic Cooling and Refrigeration LLC to anyone because Alex did not do the job I paid him for and and Alex has horrible customer service. The least you could do is come back and check on the job you did to make it right. Don't waste your money on this guy and if you do DO NOT PAY CASH. Pay charge and if the job is botched call your provider and ask for a refund.

Warm air blowing from a/c unit- thought for sure I was going to have to spend the big bucks. Called Alex, he came right away and pinpointed the problem immediately. He added the freon and it's still going strong!
