Overall it went well. The one complaint I would have is that Parish, who quoted the job, did not account for the fact that the locks were different in the doors throughout the house. So, we could not get everything keyed to one lock. Kevin, the installer, patiently worked through this issue. He did very good work and was very professional. Also, John in the parts department was very helpful in helping a secure a lock that worked with our door.

I hired Affordable Lock and Security to change out the locks in my house. They were professional, prompt, reasonably priced and thorough. Tony walked me through what I might need and made many suggestions based on my needs. He did a great job and finished the job quickly. He gave me a tutorial on how to use the smart locks. I appreciate not having to ask him to wear a mask. All in all I am very satisfied with Affordable Lock and Security and I'm happy to recommend their services.

It went better than anyone could have expected. I bought this used 2006 Chrysler car and it only had one remote control to it (remote for security system and to start the car). I wanted a 2nd one. I went to the local Chrysler dealership and they had to order they 2nd remote control for my car. It came in 9 days (they didn't have it in stock). After one hour they said they ordered the wrong one and that I would have to come back when they get the correct one ordered, so I said no. I went to [*** Link removed ***] since I had done business with them when I purchased my house where they came out and installed all new deadbolts and locksets on my house. They had the correct remote control chip set part in stock (they didn't have to order it). I did not have to make an appointment (just show up during the day). They also told me that there are 4 total sets out there including the 1 I brought. I had just bought this used 2006 Chrysler and I only had the 1 set, so they "removed" the other 3 sets, reprogrammed my set, and They created a 2nd remote control set (to lock / unlock the car, turn on/off my security system and to start the car). WOW, I did not even know there were other sets out there from prior owners of my car I just bought. Now those other sets won't be able to start the car, and only my original set, and the new set can. GREAT job. FAST job. LOWER priced than the dealer, no appointment needed, and they had the parts in stock.

We go locked into our house, most people get locked out. The front door locks would not open. I tried removing them but the horizontal piece was jammed inside the door. I went to Lowes and spent $135 on new replacements. Wayne arrived earlier than he said he would, he kept giving me updates as to his location. He was the consumate pro. He could have given me a snow job and charged me a ton for removing the jammed locks and installing the two new ones. However, he told me he could repair the locks and I could return the new ones to Lowe's. When he told me the cost for his work, I had to ask him to repeat it twice, I thought he was joking. Never met a Locksmith so inexpensive.. Had a locksmith who came last year to fix an out of line striker plate and charged me $100, Wayne was much less than that.. Great guy.

Jonathan came out on time. He fixed the battery issue, made the door easier to lock (an aggravation since day one) but could not repair the broken part of Schlage. We were impressed with him, his work and his attitude. What is even more impressive is that about a week later Jonathan called - said he'd just put in a Schlage lock similar to ours and thought he might be able to fix ours. He came out and tried to fix it -- well, broken is broken. But he voluntarily wanting fix something after the face - that's an old fashion value you seldom see today. Any lock issues, we'll call Affordable L&SS.

We called and were able to quickly get in touch with Dustin, who was handling the weekend service calls. He was polite and said he would get there in about 2 hours after a service call in Orlando. He arrived even faster, which was great! He was very polite, well-spoken and clearly knew what he was doing. He removed the broken door lock and installed a new, higher quality one. He also adjusted the mechanism so it would close easier. He also worked on the front door lock, including adjusting the strike plate and making the mechanism work smoothly. It was a huge improvement from how the door had been and now works well. In general, everything about the visit was exceptionally professional, polite and high-quality!

The broken key remnant was extracted and 2 new keys were able to be made to replace the broken key. Worse case scenario of replacing the entire lock did not have to happen. New keys work great in the existing lock. Very happy.

Was late and did not call. I was disappointed that service tech did not have the capability to work on a Schlage lockset even though I emailed the company a few days prior to inform them about the lock.

Excellent. This is the 2nd time I've used Affordable Lock and I would definitely use them again. Scheduling the appointment was easy and I was told if I needed them earlier in the day to just call. The technician was prompt and courteous and got the work done fast.
