"We walked through your home on 11/29/11. You contacted us on 12/7/11 after comparing prices of 3 house cleaning companies. You arranged for us to deep clean your home on 12/15/11, including the free oven and fridge cleaning. You stated we were the best price for your money. After we cleaned you did not schedule any further cleaning because you told us this deep clean was for a holiday party you were having at your home and that your wife takes care of the house cleaning. I called you on 4/15/12 to ask about your comment "they came back to redo it" and you replied that you never said this to Angie's List. I called my marketing rep at Angie's List who told me they will not change the member's comments. To our current clients and future clients, please contact us to review all paperwork on this client and the other one-time Angie's List cleans."

"The original detailed work list included 10 areas to be deep cleaned due to heavy drywall dust in the home during the walk-thru on Nov 29, 2011. By the time we cleaned on Dec 10, 2011, the dust was much heavier and the client had requested the room areas to be cleaned be cut down to 4 areas (kitchen, living room, family room, and master bath) because her email indicated that she decided to clean the other 6 areas herself. This job also included a free oven and fridge clean ($60 value) as well as advice, a demonstration, and leaving product for the client to clean their patio furniture. The living room floor was vacuumed and cleaned per client's instructions and approved during the final walk-through as properly done. The dining room hutch was not cleaned because the dining room area had been removed from our cleaning list by the client. All of these details were received in writing by the client who watched our work during the clean and approved the clean before we left the home. We appreciate our clients' business and always strive to be friendly and professional while in a home. Thank you."

"We are a professional company who takes great pride in our work and company culture. The home was in a condition that required extremely deep cleaning and organization. Tasks were reviewed with, Member, prior to the start of the clean along with our rate of services to which she agreed. To put this clean in perspective for readers I am listing step by step what was requested and done. My crew is well trained as evidenced by the results of this clean. If arguing was perceived, it was mere joking around and kidding with each other during the course of work. I am totally shocked by this review because the home was deep cleaned and de-cluttered as requested by the client. Before and after pictures were taken to show the many years of neglect that we corrected and organized both in the living room (4 hours), dining room (2 hours), 2 bathrooms (about 8 hours to bring back to healthy living conditions), kitchen & fridge (4 hours), patio (7 hours). We removed furniture from the patio and cleaned what was requested by the client, leaving some pieces in the yard as requested by the client. We hauled more than 15 30-gallon bags of trash and cleaning chemicals for disposal as requested by the client. We stayed until dismissed by Member on both cleanings because she was paying an hourly rate. She even hugged us good-bye. This review is not very nice because it is truly shocking to hear untruths from someone who was almost in tears and dancing with joy at the sight of her newly cleaned home, especially the kitchen and patio. I do not understand why Member wrote this review. I can only assume the price has become buyers' remorse. We charge professional pricing that is competitive for the area and offer full liability insurance, workers' comp, bonding, uniformed employees who are non-smokers, nationally background checked, and given continual professional training. We did not have a young teenager working with us at either clean as reported by the client - she is assuming his age. Our arrival times: we were 10 minutes tardy for first clean as GPS could not find rural address and exterior of home was not marked with numbering, thus we called the client who talked us to her residence; second clean we arrived and let ourselves in because client was at vet with dogs. It is so disappointing to help someone who shows gratitude, friendliness to the point of sharing private conversations and a soda, and joy for the work we labored with pride and followed her every request, but now blasted on a public forum with untruths about Zing Zap. Sad, very sad if our hard work is now about buyers' remorse rather than the happiness and joy brought to the client as was evidenced at the time. First clean: 10/31 (almost 5 wks ago) and 11/09 (almost 4 wks ago). Member was so very appreciative and glowing with compliments about the results then, so I truly do not understand why she has written this negative review more than 45 days later."
