Very well. Dave put the filter in where it was suppose to go and ordered the correct filters for in the future. Needless to say, we will call him again instead of the previous company.

Very Good, Dave recommended we purchase a certain part that would protect our unit if a power surge should a cure. He offered to install the part without us having to pay a service charge when the part comes in.

He will work with you if you can't afford to pay upfront. He's a straight up, honest guy and doesn't tell you that you need something that you don't and he doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. He does what's necessary for a reasonable price.
