Bears Repairs

They were very easy to get ahold of and estimated a fair price considering we had all of the supplies. Day one went well, with a decent job laying tile in the kitchen and a mud pan in the shower. They were supposed to come back the next day to grout the kitchen and finish tile in the bathroom. They only played tile in the shower floor. A few more days go by with excuses why they are late or aren't there. The last day, they were supposed to finish it all. He left an hour after he got here without saying a word. Left a mess in the bathroom, the cuts and spacing were uneven. The owner did offer to come fix it himself but he was there watching when the shoddy work was done. I didnt feel confident in their work anymore. He refused to refund any part of the deposit and refused to replace the tile that needs to be taken down and redone. Very poor communication, unprofessional and did a poor job overall.
