Roofing
Ever since the roof was installed it has leaked. They have made 3 or 4 trips back to the house and never have been able to diagnose the source of the leak (which seems to occur where the porch roof ties into the existing house roof across the back edge of the eave of the house). The phrase "when it leaks, it pours" applies to my situation. This is a furnished and very much used area of outdoor screened in living space and the leak is intolerable. I am now outside my warranty period and they've never resolved my problem. I do not recommend this company.
