DO NOT sign any contracts or invoices from this company. READ the part where they tell you if you disagree with them, they can sue you and ALL legal cost are yours to incur. This company and Ken the owner are crooks, liars, and are always looking to bait and switch you into more cost. they will tell you everything you want to hear, they tell you that isn't what they said. they made me get the permits yet they were calling in the inspections and finals then say I was the contractor since they didn't want to take ownership. They will try to skirt any inspections they can. Buyer beware.

After contacting multiple company’s to quote my materials to enclose my pole barn I quickly learned urgency or follow wasn’t going to happen. I saw USA METALS sign on the highway and stopped in. I was greeted with a professional receptionist who gave me literature and committed to having their sales staff reach out to me via the phone as they were on the road. I thanked her and left. I barely made it home and I received the return call. They setup a visit to my home and within a day we were measuring and preparing the materials list. In a very short period of time I was quoted my materials and we placed our order. I have made several changes to the requirements along the way and each and every time I was supplied with what I required. I can honestly say these guys are the best to work with from the ownership to the delivery agent. Thank you David and Shawn for putting up with a picky customer like me. You made my experience outstanding and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with you again!
