Good job on the fence, sodding ok, grading and drainage unresolved.Did not return calls in a timely manner. Agreed to re install french drains but never returned or respond to calls. Wanted another $3,000 to install additional drainage. To date have still not heard from owner despite 3 attempts to contact him.
