I have been going to the Penton House since 2011. My stylist is Chelsea and she is absolutely wonderful!  She colors, cuts, high and low lights - whatever I need.  She doesn't try to sell me what I don't need. That honesty along with doing a fabulous job 
is a main reason that I go there. She will even question if I suggest something drastic. When I wanted to cut my hair from medium length to extremely short, her first comment... "The style is cute and would look nice on you, but you know you won't be able to pull your hair back in a ponytail? The way you garden all the time, you may want to think about it" When I insisted...She gave me the cut I wanted with very minor differences, which now as I am trying to let my hair grow out ...her minor changes have made all the difference in the world. Chelsea just rocks!

I went online to get my wife a gift card for her Birthday and I saw the spa treatment she wanted and a price. When I went to the salon to purchase the card, I was quoted a price of $13 more. When I asked why, I was told the price online indicates the starting price, but we have no one working at that price level.
So,the person behind the counter said experience didn't influence the price, but the length of service. So, depending on the massage tech's length of service at the Penton House, dictates the price of the massage.
Bottom line. The pricing online is misleading and arbitrary. The massage tech you get may noy be the most experienced, but could be the most expensive.

They are very good. It is a nice pace and it is clean. They are friendly and they do good work. My beautician is Melissa and she is very good. She is always on time.

This is a first class salon and spa!

I have been getting my hair cut there for a very long time. Melissa does a great job and I couldn't be happier. It is a little pricey but then you get what you pay for.

I have been going there for a long time. They are expensive and that is the only negative thing about them.

My experience was wonderful! Sophia was my consultant for the facial and she was professional and friendly. I did not have to wait long to get my appointment started. The facial was high quality and relaxing. My skin feels much better than it did before my appointment.
