When I called, Bruce gave me an estimate over the phone. We brought the mower to him the same day and he quoted that the work would be done in a week to week in a half. He called back 9 days later to say the work was done and gave me the final price. The office was a little messy, but being an engine repair shop that is somewhat understandable.

I was having a very hard time finding a company who would come to my house and help me get my tractor out of the back yard, where it had been stuck after it quit running. This company came out within a day of talking to them, took it, and had it back to me in a short period of time. And, the price was way less than I expected. My mower runs better than ever! I am very happy with this company and would definitely recommend them.
