John made himself available to us on short notice and was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgable. We had many questions, and he took his time to explain in terms we understood. He also took the time to talk to us about general household maintenance. His inspection was extremely thorough.
The report was easy to read, detailed and very professional. He included many pictures and a summary which prioritized the home concerns and hazards. We had the report within 24 hours.
John found a major problem with the home, which made us walk away from the contract. If it weren't for his thorough home inspection we would have bought a home which would have ended up costing us thousands to repair. It was tough letting this home go since we had fallen in love with it. A professional home inspection is definitely worth the money and John did an amazing job.
