They were absolutely amazing. They were running late due to a job before ours but they kept in touch every step of the way. They went straight to work and even hung out to talk with us. We truly enjoyed their time/company and the work they did for our new built home. Oh! And the price was crazy reasonable! Our house is over 2500sq ft new construction and it only cost us $400 and they had the report done by that afternoon. I would recommend them to anyone I know. JJ was very professional and thorough. I only had a week to get my inspection done and not only did he fit me in, but he expedited the report to make sure I had the information I needed on time. Best of all, of a dozen inspectors I contacted, JJ is the only inspector I found that offers infrared imaging of the property which can reveal hidden issues that cannot be seen by the naked eye.

Excellent home inspection.

I have moved quite a bit but I have never had a home inspection as thorough as this one! He took the time to explain everything that he found during the inspection and answered all of my questions so that I knew exactly what needed to be repaired. I also hired him to do a re-inspection to make sure the sellers repaired everything correctly. My realtor was so impressed that he is going to use Southern Sky! Report included lots of photos. Very professional.

The inspection process took a lot longer than I expected, but JJ was very polite and helpful.
