They were great. My house was out of warranty at the time, but I had called to voice my concerns about the toilet before that, so they came out and honored the warranty regardless. It was great that they stood behind their work. They were very nice and the problem was fixed.

We have had an excessive amount of plumbing problems for a brand new home. Everything is still under warrenty, but I am not very satistifed with their work. They fixed the problems so far, but we shouldn't have this many problems for a new home.
