Bill Sandborn was great as the contractor for this progect. H e had to work around medical problems that came up un expectedly. The some problems came up along the way, Mr. Sandborn was on it and corrections where made on the spot. He even had to make some tile corrections and sence we had the proper tile he had his tile team fix it no labor charge. T he service was an A rating for my wife and I. Thank you Sandborn Builders Inc..

I shopped three places for estimates for our project.

Omega was a joke.  They wanted $50 just to come on site for an estimate.  I told them OK but then they called back and said they would not come until I secured funding.  Mom was selling her home to pay for this job, not that it was any of their business. I did not call them back.

 The second contractors name eludes me now but it was a fair estimate but it did not hold a candle to the service Bill provided.  Bill and his brother Ryan are not just great contractors, they are just great folks.  They operate on the golden rule treating others as they would want to be treated.

All the subs were first rate as well, true craftsmen.  There were some snags like there will be on such a project but they were all handed promptly and professionally.

Costs were forecaster right on the money and draws where handled with the customers satisfaction in mind.

Punch out was smooth as silk and everything was taken care of beyond our expectations.

I would recommend Sanborn for any project!

I had a good experience. They do very high quality work. I did go over-budget and I wasn’t aware of that and I wasn’t happy with that.

We had a small"glitch" ifn first day's work which we discussed with Mr. Sanborn. He was very kind and understanding ...quite patient and accommodating .He personally came over and went the "extra mile" so to speak...which we appreciated very much. We have hired him to do more work. We had confidence in his word and in his work...a great combination!!!!!

First, I would like to comment that this was service for an Angie's List Big Deal for a set cost for 6 hours of work. Overall the service visit went very well. The worker that came out was very skilled and was able to accomplish all the tasks I asked of him. While the level of work was not "perfect", my home is not perfect and I have no doubts that he would have been able to have made the smoothest sealant lines, sharpest corners, and straightest lines should I have required it. There was an additional cost for materials to the work provided, but that is to be expected.

The worker (Jason) that came out was very personable individual and I felt very comfortable having him doing work in and on my house. He was very knowledgeable and had many years of experience. The installation of the shower rod, believe it or not, was probably the most tedious task of the day, but his knowledge of construction and ceramic tile ensured, that while it took a while to do, it was installed right and with no damage to the tile. There was a little mess left behind in the bathroom, but in the grand scheme of things, it was no big deal. All in all, I would definitely consider using Sanborn Builders again in the future and would encourage you to give them a try if you are on the fence.

I was sent a man named Bobby and he was great..I would definately use him again.

Front porch railing is wood, old, looks bad - want it replaced with white composite but it does not come in readily-made white materials.  Contractor worked to make sketch to make materials to fit - we like that.

There were some delays depending on when sub-contractors were available.  The crew cleaned well at the end of each days work.The one finished job that did not fully satisfy me was totally redone.  The contractor was on site each day as often as needed.  My husband's specific needs were the driving goal during the entire project.  Small yet helpful tasks were performed as they occurred without additional charge.  One example was exchanging the sink removed from the bath being remodeled with the one from another vanity.  Overall we are very pleased and would not hesitate to use Sanborn Builders again and recommend them to others.

They came out in a timely manner to give me the estimate. I will use them in the future.
