Salter and Son Southern Wood

On 1/11/14 we purchased and paid $692.80 for moldings from Mr. Patrick Salter of Salter and Sons lumber formerly Blackwater Lumber and Millworks. We were given a 1 week delivery time and that is when the problems/excuses began, there was problems with ordering knifes for his machines, There was billing issues with his orders, then he combined my delivery with another order and there was trailer problems and then truck issues. Mr. Salter who does not answer his phone and works primarily with text has been less than honest and we have caught him in several lies We have given Mr. Salter every opportunity over the last 4 plus weeks to make our order right and yet he continues to use stall tactics to avoid fulfilling his end of the contract . We have reviewed previous better business complaints and find them all to follow the same pattern of excuses and deception. As a Pastor in Milton Florida, I would have expected better. I feel sorry for his parishioners and family as he appears to be a habitual scammer. A man of GOD I think not! He is no more than a scam artist who is out to swindle trusting individuals out of their hard earned money (see previous complaints) .
