Even though I am embarrassed to admit it, the problem we were having was due to "human error", and NOT the unit itself. However, Ryan was polite and reassuring, minimizing my humiliation. Once the problem was identified, he made sure it was, indeed, the ONLY issue with our unit. Not only professional, but also very friendly and pleasant. I will keep his number handy, for future household malfunctions. :)

We have an older home that had all cable and phone wires running on the outside of the house. We were looking for someone to pull those wires, run the cable through the attic, and directly into the bedrooms and living area. The estimate was completed within one business day of initial call to the business. Ryan was knowledgeable and answered all questions but didn't try to push additional products or services. We had a small hiccup with scheduling the appointment to do the work but resolved it quickly. He arrived on time and work was completed quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up as he went along. Since he was here, we also had the TV wires from our mounted TV hid behind the walls. We were able to ask him additional questions about home security and home networking and will likely use him again in the future for additional upgrades to our home.

He was on time and very well prepared to install the central vacuum. He also took the time to test the rest of the system to make sure it was operating well.

Great work..only issue was the first day he was supposed to come we had to because he was late. Then he had to reschedule. Two days later he installed the cameras. The quality of the product is fantastic.

Technician was an expert, quickly hid the exposed wires and box. A pleasure to deal with him. Neat, quick, clean, sharp.

He gave no paper work on or for an estimate ( we need this for our home insurance )and the manuals he left for the cameras and dvr was so small in print you couldn't read them. He said he would get some more manual, have not hard from him. The work that was completed was great.

The installer was on time and was not new to the mount I bought. He had it up on the brickwall in probably less than 30 minutes. I had just the TV to install no cable or satellite or home theater. He cleaned up after. I highly recommend.
