They were able to schedule us 24 hours later. They came on a Sunday because we were having issues. When he took apart our air conditioning unit, it was leaking oil in the fan unit. On the inside of the unit, it had corroded so bad that it was basically falling apart. Originally, it was nasty Carrier brand - the contractor grade, so they put the cheapest stuff that they could in our house. They did a wonderful job. They got our house up and running within a couple of ours, maybe 5 or 6 hours from beginning to end. They brought in extra guys to do the heavy lifting to make sure that they didn't delay it too long. The site manager did a follow up visit with us about a week later to make sure that everything was fine and to ask how everything was going. My husband came into contact with the workers, but he seemed to like them. They have good customer service. They are very good about checking everything on the unit. They have been out to service our unit before. They are always good about letting us know exactly what is going on.

Went very well as usual. I have used them in the past, and as always, they performed above standard. Kevin, the technician was very knowledgable and very patient with explaining everything to me. Surprisingly he was knowledgeable of the thermostat I was using, the Nest.

The company had no problem fitting me in and was prompt on calling me and giving me a 30 min window for Kevin to arrive. Will be calling them back for future projects.

Super fast response!  When I called, I explained that my thermostat was out and heat pump was not working.  She asked if I had flipped breakers and changed batteries in thermostat which I appreciated since it could have saved me a service call.  I had a technician out within an hour and Barry took the time to show me how to clean out the drain line.  Then he serviced another house on the property without an additional service call.  Awesome!

worThe service techs over the years have always been very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt.  The office staff also has the same business ethics in dealing with us.  I highly recommend the company.

He installed an HVAC unit as well as the wiring for the HVAC and many extras for me.  The quality of the service, crew, and customer service has been great.  I plan to use him in the future for other projects.
