He had a little trouble finding the placement of my tank but once found everything went smoothly.

kevin pulled the permit from county, and the next business day the county flagged my property. kevin was out prompty after that and start the work. Great communication. The process of installing was two days. Clean installation. A lot of dirt, but when he was done it just looked like a good till for new grass seed. Great job. Highly recommend!

Called Kevin and he scheduled an appointment for the next day. I had told him I was not sure where the septic tank was, our house we purchased a few years ago. He found the tank and completed the work in a timely manner. Very professional and great job. Would definitely use and recommend OC Peadon for all your septic needs!

I called OC Peaden to get an estimate
on a septic drain field replacement. Kevin came out to provide an
estimate within one day of my request. The quote was very competitive
with three other local contractors. He indicated they could start the
job within two days and it would take two days to complete. On the
first day Blake and Jimmy showed up on time and pumped out the tank
so we would not be inconvenienced during the work. They were very
courteous and responsive to my questions. As a former construction
inspector, I felt very confident in their ability based upon the
answers to my questions. They kept me informed during the course of
the construction and finished up when they said they would. Good
post-construction clean-up and re-grading of the construction zone.
This firm has a good customer service ethic and I would use them
again and recommend them to others.

Renter texted me and said sewage was backing up in the tubs and showers. First thing this morning I called O C Peaden they went immediately and were able to have everything done by the time I arrived. Tenant was happy and I was happy. Will use again if needed.

kevin called before arriving, and I was greeted with a big hello. He got right to work, and answered every question that I asked. Being a female homeowner I am always afraid of being taken advantage of. I totally didn't get that feeling from kevin. Very honest. Also he advised on the steps to replace my 55 year old center block septic tank. He gave me a fair price of $3000 dollar estimate to replace, and what I needed to do for him to place the new tank. I am a heavy researcher when it comes to hiring someone to do home repairs, and I got to say everything was great!

Great communication with this firm. Quotes provided by an owner, crew working on my site had two owners at the start of the job, and one stayed the entire time. From start to finish at least one owner was always present. Very reassuring to have that level of supervision. Kevin gave me my quote, explained the process, helped me understand how the system works, what to expect, and advised me to future maintenance.
Project day, the crew arrived as scheduled. Entire job completed, inspected, and covered before the end of the day. Finished site was rather bald, but neat, flat, and combed. We got grass seed down and it's already sprouting, so erosion is not an issue. After calling around for quotes, Kevin's price was in the middle, but with the great reviews here on Angie's list, it seemed worth the extra $$ to have a good experience. Will likely call them in the future for maintenance pumping. Great guys, kept to schedule, delivered as promised, no surprises.

They were on time, professional, friendly and informative. Mr. Peaden explained how our septic tank worked and that due to its age, we might experience a problem in the future sooner than the normal 3-5 years. He wasn't trying to get any commitment from us now, we felt that he was simply trying to inform us how it all worked.

We picked OC Peaden based on the the excellent reviews on Angie's List. We were not disappointed!
The technician called to see if he could come early. Located tank, assistant dug up lid to tank, they pushed off a section of the lid, and pumped the tank. The technician said that the tank had not been pumped in at least 10 years and that the sludge was really thick. They had to use high pressure water to help break up the sludge. The lid was replaced and hole refilled. The technician stated that products like RidX and yeast were a waste of money. We asked about putting copper sulfate into the field lines to kill tree roots and he stated that they did not recommend putting anything in the fill lines although he did locate the distribution tank for us.
Overall, it was an excellent experience and we will definitely use OC Peaden again!

They have done a good job so far, but they haven't covered it up, they have to wait for the inspection before they put it back. We haven't paid him yet because the work is not done yet. We checked out one more company that would have been $200 less but we chose this one because the wait for the other one was for a week and a half, just to come out and give us an estimate. They have been here for just one day and we already can flush and have water. I told them I was surprised that they did it so quickly. Now we are waiting for the health department to do the inspection. They were two brothers that owned the company and they were nice. I would recommend them so far, the holes are not covered up yet, but the pipes are in. They came when they said they were going to come. They were as good as it can get. They were very good with any questions or concerns we had. They did what they came in to do. I had some questions that I had written down on a piece of paper, so I went out there, when they arrived, I asked them and they answered all that for me. I went out there once and asked the man if we were going to get another load of dirt because we paid for another load of dirt, and he said I am sure I would, so I don't know about that because they are still working.

The workman were prompt and efficient. They explained the septic tank operation and do's and don'ts. They located and pumped out the tank. The price was fair and we were very pleased with the service.

Had my septic hight fluid level alarm go off on late Friday night. After calling around Saturday morning Peaden was the only one in the area that seemed to be open. He came out promptly, inspected the septic system, and found the problems. The problems were fixed and I was charged much less than I had expected for a short notice weekend job.
