There customer service does not exist.Went to store FOUR Times to have someone come out and look at bathroom floor which is coming up in spots.We bought padding which was suppose to keep spots from coming back though to the carpet.This did not work.They never came out even after saying Four times someone would be here and not calling to say they could not make it.I would never use these people or tell anyone to use them.

Extremely happy with the carpet. Everything was completed in a matter of a few days from the time of the estimate until it was completely installed. Will be going back for any future flooring needs.
