2011 Mercedes, bought for wife, excellent example of buy and sale, took care of everything, completed several follow-up call to ensure car met our standards.

Bought a used car for my son. It was great did it online which was hassle free. The internet gal was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helped me get financing for not so great credit. She never made me feel like less than. My son loved the car and other friends and family members have bought from Mckenzie / Christina since my purchase and have also been very pleased.

It runs well and I am very satisfied. I had some scratches on my car and they said they would buff them out. It did not come out and they didn't do a very great job detailing my car. They sold me the car with two different types of tires.

We recently moved to the area and I was looking for a Buick dealer to service my car with a routine oil change and tire rotation. I looked on Angie's List and found two dealers. The closest dealer did not have very good reviews. Although McKinzie's only had one review, it was positive.
We called for an appointment and arrived at the scheduled time. We were met at the door with a very friendly welcome, shown the waiting room and pointed to the free coffee. The service manager came in and introduced himself and told us how long it would be. Everything went as explained. We also received a follow-up call at home later that night to make sure we were happy. I could not have asked for more.

They are handy. Everybody there is very friendly. I have a 2008 Civic but I never had any occasion to get anything drastic done. I would use them in the future.
