They don't call when you a service contract to remind you that it's time for your cleaning. Then, when you DO call, they're out 8 days. Won't use them again. They told me my unit was underwarranty but the parts guy told me the warranty on my outside unit and inside unit showed 2 diff dates and one was NOT under warranty.

Lunsford goes further than most A/C contractors I have utilized in the past 25 years.  First, they make an appointment time and show up at that time, or call if they were running behind 10  - 15 minutes.  ( Others just showed up late or not at all, with no call )  They are very courteous to my Tenants, work efficiently and do not lollygag on the job.  A whole install of the upgraded 14 seer ( from a old 7 seer rated ) takes them approximately 4 to 5 hours.  I have had others take the whole day, up to 10 hours.
This latest install was done on schedule, on time and at the promised price.  Lunsford even completed and sent in the rebate form to Gulf Power, and deducted this from the total ( I did not have to wait for the rebate to be sent to me ).
For the past two years they have not been the least expensive, but I have paid less in time and frustration to say they are worth every dollar invested in my maintenance program.  Would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job done.

Even though it was their busy season, Lunsford provided excellent service. They improved our existing air vent system and their work resulted in lowering our power bills about $100 a month and made our home more comfortable even in the summer, which is great.
