First I questioned the amount of fill he ordered and did not think it was enough, which later it turned out it was not. While working his people broke a bar I had in the backyard and He ripped my cable in half while getting dirt up with his bobcat. We had to go all day and part of the evening with no cable. And had to wait for him to do side jobs for my neighbors while he was still working on my job. He did not bring my backyard up to grade and is sloping in spots. He kept ordering extra trucks of fill as he went to which brought me over his estimate by about 400.00. Bottom line he knows how to fill holes and drive a Bobcat, but other than that he does not know much about grading. He would not listen when I told him he was low in areas. And his crew got sparser as the job went on. I was not satisfied with the job,(I was about 4" shy of grade) but I was at my wits end with him so I paid him so he would go. I would not recommend him to anyone!
