They came out and took off the shingles off the roof and the rain storm came up and they didn’t cover a section of the bed room. They replaced some wood and they replaced it and never painted it. I called the guy twice and he never called back. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and after 2 to 3 weeks the guy came out. The guy should have returned my call when I called him. I will never call them again.

Very good experiences w/Jones over all, an honest man.

I had received several bids for having my roof replaced. I had to have 3 layers of shingles removed and alot of rotten wood replaced before having a metal roof put on. I truely can't express how pleased I was with the crew that came out and the exceptional job they did. Cleaned up any mess and did I mention they saved me about 4 grand off the other bids..... GREAT JOB !!!!

I wouldn't bother calling this one.  The phone just rings with no option for voicemail.  I finally did get somone to answer and they did not state who they were.  I told them I was trying to call Jones Roofing and with broken English was told they were not here now.

Overall, the project went well and I think the job was well done and the crew really did a nice clean up job. They worked very hard & did not dilly dally around. The weather was very hot and we worried about the men but they all were very professional & had lots of experience. The only break they took all day long was for lunch. They stopped work when they said they would & they started on time each day. The bill was as estimated, the only add on was for additional lumber they needed to patch the roof. The only downside to the project was they did not place a tarp over the damaged area as quickly as I was told that they would & our house continued to leak until the tarp was placed & it leaked even after the tarp was placed over the damaged area, I am not certain but I felt that it was done too hurriedly, due to weather conditions, but this would not have happened if done properly when it was was supoposed to be covered.
I would reccommend this company to others, as I had a good friend reccommend them to me. From the experiences that I have heard about from other people re: roofing companies, I would say that we made a good choice and we wish for success to the future of their company.
