Jeff Myers Construction Inc

Jeff and his coworker, David, did an outstanding job on our garage addition and new roof. We could not be happier with the way everything turned out. The only problem that we have now, that we did not have before- we cannot walk outside without one of the neighbors stopping us to tell us how great the house looks! They did such a great job with the addition; it looks like it was part of the original house. Jeff was there every day during the construction process. I was under the impression a lot of this (concrete, framing, roofing) would have been subcontracted out, nope! Jeff and Dave did every phase of our project. Communication was great. If we had a question, Jeff answered it. His pricing was very fair and appreciated knowing where we stood financially throughout the project. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff to my friends and family, and we look forward to our next project with JMC!

Jeff and one other helper did all the work. They were here when they said they would be here, followed the engineering plans exactly and worked hard even with the hot days. They were not ones to take breaks every hour or so - they worked to get the job done correctly and as quickly as possible. There was no cutting corners or trying to side step any process. We like the finished product and know that it was built to withstand possible hurricanes.

He did an excellent job. He didn't cut any corners or try to hide the bad spots. He pulled all of the bad wood out and replaced it as he said he would. Great job done! I would use him again.

.Jeff Myers Construction was a horrible experience. Mr. Myers has proven himself to be a racist and a liar. He has not been a man of his word and was not punctual. While he and his crew were at my house, I constantly heard him use the "N" word while referring to his workers and people in general. He was loud, rude and appears to be completely UN-professional. He installs windows for EcoView Windows out of Spanish Fort, Alabama and he apparently does work for himself under his name, in Santa Rosa County. He constantly spoke while I was trying to speak with him. I cannot stress enough how rude and inconsiderate this guy was. When I asked him if he had a permit he stated that he did not need one. He tried to blame the window company, however after speaking with James Dobyne, owner at EcoView, he said that it was Mr. Myers responsibility to "pull" the permit. Mr. Myers did not pull a permit. After speaking with one of his employees, he stated the Mr. Myers had only pulled one permit in the 6 or so jobs that they had completed. Most of that work was in Escambia County. I'm still trying to locate any other customers that might have had dealings with Mr. Myers. This guy was a complete jerk while he was at my house. I will never let Jeff Myers Construction on my property or anywhere near me again. What a horrible experience.

Project took approx 1 1/2 weeks. Very prompt. Owner of company on-site at all times working and overseeing projects. Owner answered all my phone calls personally and returned missed phone calls promptly. 100% satisfied with work done and will definitely use again for future home improvements.
