Jose explained everything in detail, negotiated a very fair contract, filed the appropriate permits and Notice of Commencement and maintained regular communication with both his crew and myself. They offered suggestions and followed all of my requests and instructions. They tore off the old siding, put up plywood (new insulation was not necessary), vapor shield and installed the Hardy Board in an expert manner. I did not use his painter because I found someone just as good for less money, but I have no doubt his painter would have been excellent based on everything else Jose arranged to be done. The job was superb. They found a couple of areas where dry rot had to be repaired and my entire chimney required rebuilding, and the additional expense was minimal. The only glitch was a side job I negotiated with one of his crew (on my own) and the crew member did not follow through--but that was no fault of Jose's or Harmony Construction. In fact, Jose stepped in and made it right. I would highly recommend this company. Jose is honest and forthright and intent on doing a good job.
