I had been very pleased with the work and responsiveness of the company. (Ironically, they were very thankful for the business.) The installers they sent were courteous and seemed knowledgeable. In fact, I gave them great reviews to my neighbors/family and asked Kenny to give me an estimate for further work on another part of the property.  The following evening I found that my heat was no longer working. I didn't even assume it had anything to do with Foam Seal or their work, although they had been the only people in the attic for some time. I called our Heating and AC company out. I waited four days (due to my scheduling conflicts) in that little cold snap we had over Halloween, without heat in the upstairs area.  Thankfully the foam helped, but there was no heat.  After the H/AC guy came down from the attic, he explained the ductwork was removed and the gas turned off. They took pictures and detailed the situation in the invoice. I forwarded the invoice to Foam Seal for an explanation. Kenny stated it was not his employees who would do that. Ok. But what's the explanation for the fact they had been the only people in the attic and the heat was working prior? So, basically, I have to pay a $65 invoice for the reconnection of the ductwork and service call. I feel like I gave Foam Seal an opportunity to work with me on this. I wasn't even upset about the four days with no heat upstairs, I just thought they should pay the AC fee. So, even though their work seems fine, it appears there is a disconnect (literally in my case!)  -  I will not be using or recommending Foam Seal Insulation again.  -- Julia H

The price quoted was $5700.00 which I thought was excessive since it was only an RF18.

Excellent job, They showed on time each morning , told me what they were going to do and in the evening they told me what they accomplished , It took five days due to the size of my home and the workers were very respectful and courteous and cleaned up each day. I inspected there work each day and they answered all my questions. I have them come back to tuch up one spot and they arrived the next day , Im very pleased with the workmanship/quality of the job. the owner is easy to work with and i highly recommend this company. They did it right the first time!!!? my home is more conformable  and very quiet I didnt think the heating system was running, i have to check the heat pumps and they were? Ive told several of my friends and they are looking into doing it to there homes?Jimmy burgess is a great contractor that you can trust and has a great crew...

I haven't actually done anything with them. My experience was they gave me a quote in a reasonable time frame. I think they seemed to be knowledgeable about their products. Again I mean it was just a quote so I really didn't get appeal for how they work. They are responsive, professional, and punctual.

They were very professional.  They even took longer than they thought, and came early to accomodate my piano lesssons and came on a Saturday to finish their work!
