She came home with a little tie around her neck and full of energy. She was not in pen or in the back when I picked her up they were in the front loving on her. And you know she was loving that! They are very helpful and friendly and EASY to work with.

Well I called Barney's at 3:15pm in order to speak with the personell that do the grooming in order to schedule a consultation as requested by the provider..I was told they had left for the day.The scheduled hours of grooming services are stated at 9am to 4pm..
So I was dissapointed that they do not stick with the hours they posted..
I will call again tomorrow and try for a better experience..

Needed and quot;in and outand quot; grooming for dog with health/pain issues. Appointment planned for same and my expectations were met . I was called as soon as the grooming was completed (less than two hours) . Special request for head clip was done perfectly. Definitely will use again.
