We just had a new roof installed by DAC Roofing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. From the moment we met with Drek, the salesperson, we were impressed by this company. He was one of the nicest people we've ever met. The roof looks fantastic and is exactly what we wanted. And the price was reasonable. If you need a great roofing company, I highly recommend you call DAC Roofing. They also cleaned up so well afterward that you couldn't tell we just had a new roof installed. Seriously, so happy and pleased we went with DAC Roofing (and we had interviewed others).

I recently had my roof replaced by DAC roofing. I hired DAC roofing because they use Atlas shingles, the salesman seemed knowledgeable and told me they could have the roof installed in 3 weeks. Not only did it take more than a week longer than I was told for the install but the new roof was leaking in 4 places the next day. The crew that did the install was not even employed by this company. It was another company subbed to do the work. So basically DAC roofing just sells shingles. I made them aware and they sent a crew out to repair it in a timely manner. From my understanding, I was good to go since the roof has stopped leaking. When they left, I found some tubes of liquid nails that they had tossed off the roof but didn’t think much of it at the time. However, over a month later, I climbed up on a ladder to install gutters and found my roof as shown in the pictures. They had done a quick temporary fix with liquid nails. I reached out to the wife of the owner who manages the company and she seemed more concerned with discrediting my concerns of liquid nails being used than resolving the issues. She argued that it looked to be a “tropical sealer” (not the case). At this point, I started to worry that they may have cut some other corners. The install was done during the rain and I never saw them put underlayment down on the backside. So I made a post in a local contractor group on Facebook stating my concerns. At this point, I had lost trust for DAC roofing and needed some other opinions for peace of mind. In the meantime, a superintendent reached out to me who was friendly and explained that they had just forgotten to get back out there and that he would make it right. However, shortly after that, Doug the owner called and was very rude and aggressive. He was threatening and calling me a “keyboard warrior” and threatened to damage the reputation of my personal business. He was very egotistical throughout the entire conversation and referenced to the home as my “little trailer” several times. He wanted me to know that this job was so little that he wasn’t that worried about it. I let him get all of his anger out just to see how far he would go. He called names, threatened my business, and tried his hardest to make me feel less than him. I would NEVER recommend anyone else looking for Atlas shingles to do business with someone like this who can’t admit fault and becomes aggressive and threatening so fast. Thank goodness my wife didn’t have to deal with him.

You can find plenty of companies to put on a roof for you. The difference with D.A.C. is their outstanding customer service. I am very pleased with how painless this project was for us.

They did a great job. They completed it in one day because rain was in the forecast!

This company was very responsive. They understood my need and worked with me. The work done was high quality and very quick. It was easy to schedule and a job that could have dragged out a week was done in 1 day! And for work that is extremely messy, they cleaned up very well.

After a disastrous experience replacing our roof after Hurricane Ivan in 2005, we recently discovered that we had serious wood rot issues under the shingles of our now 13 year old roof. I called Doug at DAC roofing, and he gave me an estimate for repairing the known damage, as well as a quote for complete replacement of the roof. We decided to replace the entire roof to eliminate any concerns of further hidden damage. We have a very large and complex roof with steep slopes and multiple valleys. Doug and his crew completed the entire job in 2 1/2 days - including the replacement of the bad wood and some limited framing repairs. They did a great job of cleaning up while the job was in progress and then did a very thorough inspection and cleanup before they left. I am very confident that this roof is installed correctly. I would heartily recommend DAC roofing to anyone requiring roof repair or replacement.

I emailed the company and received a call within one hour. Came out next day and replaced roof vents. The company realized I had paid $575 instead of the $375 quoted. Faith the owner called me straight away to inform me and let me know of the error and that a check would be mailed back to me. Such shows that they are an honest company and do the right thing by their customers! The work went well and Trevor was great. I can't comment on the price of the replacement of 4 roof vents as I did not "shop around" However, they did good work, prompt, honest with great customer service.

I had called several roofing contractors in this area and only 2 responded. I selected D.A.C. because the price was good and they were very helpful in answering my questions and promptly returning my calls. They stand behind there work and I believe them to be people of integrity. I highly recommended D.A.C. Roofing.

Their price was reasonable. They were extremely nice, prompt and professional. It only took them two days to remove the old roof, replace it and they did a great job cleaning up. I have recommended them to my neighbor and will absolutely use them, again.

They showed up when they said they would. The removed the old roof and cleaned up as they went. They made many magnetic sweeps around the house to find any nails that may have fallen to the ground. They replaced the roof and it looks great.

I would definitely use him again. He's very honest and trustworthy. His crew came out and worked, they didn't waste time. They picked up all their trash, checked for nails 2-3 times.
