The original time the lock company came out they were fabulous however about 6 weeks to 2 months later my key got stuck in the lock and I had to call them to come get it out. They wanted an additional $60.00!!!!!! just to pull the key out and lube the lock. I paid him $35 cause it was all I could afford and he accepted that. I won't be calling them again!!!
