I called several times after scheduling my delivery to get a total bill price. The Secretary was never in her office and could not give me any information. The delivery driver showed on time and place the pellets just where I needed them. It was at this time that he informed me that they only took cash or check. This should have been something that the secretary would tell you. She also did not tell me that there was a $50 pallet deposit. Ultimately the driver left with the sod and now I have no grass. I would give an E for effort but that's not what this is about this is about results and as of today i have none. Overall rating D for lack of communication.

I attempted for over three weeks to purchase sod.  I was told on two different days that the sod would be delivered and it was not.  This cost me two days of leave.  I attempted to call them at least ten times today alone and no one would ever answer.  They finally called me back at 4:30pm to tell me they were not coming.   Do not use this company.  The only reason I attempted for so long was because they were the only local company that had the kind of sod I wanted.  I will just have to drive an hour to get it now.
