Not well whoever giving these reviews must be white cuz they're not doing no work for the black people all they know them these people are ripoffs cheaters liars don't lock don't answer their phone when they did something wrong to talk to you about it they lied about calling me back several times about the problem is some they never answer my calls when I told him that the substitute wasn't was full and they had just came out here in June collected money from us the substant thing is not a thousand gallon they said it was 1,000 that they pumped out how can you pump out a dollar in the islands when it's not even a thousand gallon tank they're very unprofessional they don't answer their phones Carter and sons should be shut down I call better Business bureau on them because they shouldn't be open if you can't work for everyone then you don't need to work.

Mr. Carter showed up a few days prior to the job and provided us with a thorough estimate.  He covered all the details to include removing part of my fence to fit his tractor.  Not a big deal thanks to the fact he let us know a few days in advance so we had time to take it down.  He arrived promptly the day of the service.  As the job progressed he kept us well informed of the situation.  At the end of the job he invited us out to inspect his work.  The job went as smooth as it could ever be and he even let my 6 year old sit in the tractor.  That was the best part of his day.

Carter and Son arrived early, but had called 1 hour prior to arrival for permission to arrive early. They explained about the system I had, how it worked, what to do for the systems prolonged life, and how to check for problems in the future. The work was completed quickly and efficiently.
I will promote this Company to my friends and family, for future use , I was extremely satisfied.

We are new house owners, so they talked us through the whole process. The two gentlemen were friendly and were very professional.
