They were on time, explained different ways on how to handle a skn problem the dog is having.

I called them in the afternoon and went in the next morning. The vet is outstanding in every aspect and that is why we keeping going back. They are very professional and courteous.

Each visit has gone well. Vets explain what is needed and I am always given an estimation of cost prior to visits, so I am fully aware of costs beforehand. I really like that staff works with my schedule and is able to schedule visits that work for me, and these visits are done in a timely manner. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Harper and Dr. Tucker, who are always willing to answer any questions I may have. A big thanks also to the staff for caring for my pets as if they were their own. Everyone is amazing here!!

I have a cat that had a problem and could not get an appointment with my regular vet. I checked A/L and found The Ark. I called and they told me to bring her in. Although no appointment and not a regular, The Ark saw my cat within a reasoable amount of time. The vet was highly professional and the results worked. |The facilities were extremely clean and odor-free. The people I had contact with were very professional and caring. |I fully recommend this this place for all pets.

Their price is very reasonable. I like that they give a discount for the rescue animals. I also like that they charge only one office visit for several animals.

HORRIBLE

I checked out a lot of places to board my dog and chose Ark Animal Hospital to board her when I have to go away. Their prices are comparable with other boarding kennels, as well as veterinary care. Ark Animal Hospital sends me reminders about when my pup is due for her shots and wellness checks. The staff is very nice and are really sweet with animals. The veterinarians are very good. I like them a lot. When I boardfmy dog at Ark Animal Hospital I don't worry about her. Their staff plays with the pets and my dog really likes their staff because they are so good to her. They have my telephone number in the event they need to call me and also my daughter's telephone number to use if they cannot reach me and my dog needs medical care. I have never had a problem with any of the services Ark Animal Hospital has provided me and I will continue to use them to board and care for my dog.
