Lawn Tool Repair
We returned 5 times trying to get this resolved. The tiller is large and physically tasking to put in and out of the van. They kept telling us different stories then finally decided it was the govenor but was never able to fix it. We are out the $75 and still have a tiller that does not work. After our experience, we found out they have a bad reputation in our area. Several neighbors warned us not to use them. They can't anakyze problems nor fix equipment. They are nice people - just totally inept! DO NOT USE ANDERSON UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

They were prompt and reasonably priced. They were extremely knowledgeable about my tractor and were able to make the repairs within a few days.
