Dennis was phenomenal all throughout the process, but all at once Sally hit and he replaced our entire HVAC. However it had a broken part that made it sound like a car was running in our house. Well we contacted him he said it was faulty and he would order another one. Well it was in right around Sally the hurricane I have all the communication between the two of us. He was coming to fix that part and put another part on that made our heater work it was missing when he installed it. No big deal. Last communication I have is October 2nd when he cancelled due to his daughter’s orthodontist appointment running over and he did not want to cross the bridge from Milton to Gulf breeze. My wife communicated with Dennis on Oct 12th. To see when the part was coming in he said I’ll check never heard back. Well she did not know that he already had both parts and was coming to fix it, but cancelled. Now this morning we wake up with a 55 degree house with zero way to turn on the heater since he never showed. I sent him a text. No response, called rang a lot left a voicemail because it’s getting colder by the day. No response November 30th. Still the same day I call and get sent to voicemail. Not sure what we are going to do, but I’ll tell you that Dennis was A+ in my book until he quit responding. -Josh Belcher 850-982-3399 Call me anytime to come fix my heater now.

My ac went out in the middle of the crazy heat we have had this summer, my system was very old (still used the old freon stuff) and they recommended that I replace the entire system. I got a quote from them for the parts and to put it in. I checked two other companies to see if they could beat the price and neither could. I went with All Pros since they had the best price, they did the initial visit, they showed up when they said they would, they were able to work with my schedule, and they even answered the million questions I had while they were working. They were very nice people and I will be using them again when I eventually replace my ac unit for my garage. Overall 10 out of 10 stars, they were great and my house is nice and cool.
