Contracted for annual service. Very good package and reasonable price compared to doing it myself which I had been doing for years.

Termites were not mitigated and the damage that was caused by termites while company had bond on house was not fixed by service provider.   Make sure you select your termite company if you are buying a home and walk away if the seller will not work with you if they had reported termite damage.

It was large colony of carpenter ants. They came back several times to repeat treatment. All the technicians were professional and very polite. I am very impressed with their service.

This is a very professional and upfront business. They tell you what is the problem and offer the best solution to fix it. They do not compromise or give false hopes or suggest expensive unnecessary treatments that really do not work and only cause you to spend more money. Very impressed with their knowledge and integrity. They have been around for many years in Tallahassee and their reputation appears to be their most valuable asset. They are not cheap, but it is worth the extra money.

I did some research and checked them all up based on price and services and I used them, they did the job and we haven't had any termites since then. The sales person that came by was very polite, knowledgeable, did the survey of the property to make sure what the condition of the property was, and gave us an estimate. They set up a date and did the treatments. The technician that did the application was prompt. It was reasonable, based on competition. If we referred other people, they give us a discount. They came when they said they would come.

I had three service providers show up to look at the damage and provide quotes.  Although all the quotes were virtually within $10 of each other, Paul's was extraordinary in their customer service and offered a very high level of customer education.  For me, that was the difference that made me choose Paul's.

My experience with them so far is very good. They were highly recommended by people that I know who are very interested in their yard.

Work was done quickly and well. The office is run professionally and the company is flexible about payment plans.

They perform a monthly service. The technicians are professional and if
you have a problem will suggest solutions for you. I had a mealy bug
infestation in my pantry, no chemical can eliminate them but the
technician suggest several things to do to wipe them out.

We had a tick problem at our home and we had our regular pest control company come out to give us an estimate - they quoted us an outrageous price of $2300.00, of course we were completely freaked out and could not pay that. We looked on Angie's list and found Paul's Pest Control and they quoted me about 1/3 of the price and came out right away and every week for a month. They showed up when they said they would and were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them and I am going to switch all of my services to Paul's.

We are in regular contract with them through our home owner's association. It has been a good experience with them. They do a good job. We don't have any trouble with bugs. When we first moved in, 5 years ago, we called them because we did have roaches in and they came in and cleared them out. We never had a problem after that.

I am perfectly satisfied with them. The men are very respectful and they always knock and let me know they are here. They don't go around the house before they let me know that they are in the yard. They are great.

They don't spray on the inside anymore like they used to so I am not sure how they do their job on the outside. Their price is acceptable.

They have been very good. I like their professionalism and responsiveness if there is ever a problem.

I have never seen them; they just come when I am not there. I do not have a whole lot of opinion about them. Thyme started a new process. But the normal price was $200.00. I never called him about a problem.

Super.  I again thought I had termites and the company came the next day.  Charles, the technician, was on time and very polite.   What I thought was a termite problem wasn't.  Charles suggested I might want to get a preventive policy, but didn't hard sell me when I said I'd have to think about it.  These people are really honest and if I did have termites or any other pest problem, that's who I would use.

I've been using Paul's Termites and Pest control for 10 years. I called them initially for termites and they dealt with it very quickly. They are reliable and they're here every month. I am satisfied with their services.
