Couldn't be more pleased with the Bryant 16 SEER heat pump system and installation. Vons' crews are professional in every way. They replaced all the copper tubing and PVC drain pipe between the air handler and outside unit. The air handler installation is a big improvement over the job my old HVAC provider had foisted on the previous owner. The Aprilaire filter system is terrific, and they upgraded my thermostat to a programmable Honeywell system with bluetooth and wireless capability. Vons even takes care of all the permitting and warranty paperwork. Needless to say the installation passed inspection on the first try. Highly recommend Vons!

My AC failed on Thursday. My wife let me know when she got home from teaching school that the house was hot, and this was not acceptable. That evening I put in a service call to my (former) AC go-to company since they're who installed the unit and who I've always used. After not getting the promised call back Friday morning, I called again, and was again promised a call back. Ditto yet a third time. Anyway, you get the picture. Since it was Friday noon by now and I was facing an AC-less Florida August weekend, I called Von's on recommendation by my next door neighbor (and after checking them out on AL). Linda said they'd be glad to help, and promised to call when her tech was headed my way. Sure enough I got the call a couple hours later. I met Mike at the house as he was finishing up replacing the condenser fan motor. He had also checked the rest of the system. Problem solved. I appreciate Von's excellent responsiveness and fair pricing. They have earned my future business.

They're just a wonderful company. They're just a family own business and they take pride on what they do. I've always enjoyed my relationship with them. They are very responsive to our needs and they come out quickly. They're very knowledgeable and very honest.

Both men showed up on time and service my units without indicating I needed anything extra. Both were professional,, very pleasant and the work was performed very quickly. The only issue: the leaves were not removed from one of my units. I was surprised because I specially asked that all leaves be removed as part of the service. I think next year, I'll request not to be the last call of the day. Overall, very good job!

They are very responsive and prompt. I would highly recommend them. They are also very fair with their pricing and will come out anytime.

We had water leaking from the drain line, going into the laundry room from our A/C. I called Linda early the next morning (problem discovered on a Sunday) at Von's and explained the problem, initially thinking it may have been the evaporator due to the age of the equipment. She told me that if the A/C was still working that they could come early the next day, but had people without A/C that needed their immediate attention. As much as I wanted the problem fixed, I appreciated the concern for those with bigger problems than me and the honesty about not being able to get to us the following day.



We scheduled the appointment for a specific time. Steve (the owner) showed up on time, which was great - since I work and had to come home for the appointment.



Steve (and his helper) started to analyze the problem immediately. He told me it was not the evaporator - nice! The cleaned the A/C drain, checked the entire system, analyzed the incoming and outgoing air temps - something no one prior had ever done. All checked out OK. Steve suggested a drain pan and automatic shut off valve in case the problem happens again in the future - this recommendation was primarily due to protect to the wood flooring we have surrounding the laundry room if this ever happens again. The cost of the pan and shut off valve seemed very reasonable. The pan had to be custom made, so Steve took measurements and indicated he would get back with me ASAP. Since the A/C system is a Carrier, the filters are a special order size - not usually found at Home Depot, etc. Steve ordered a dozen to get me through the next 12-24 months.



The entire service lasted about an hour. The were very efficient and did a great job. I will definitely use Von's for all of my future needs when it comes to my A/C.

EXCELLENT! I love working with this company. They are honest, trustworthy and I just can't say enough good things about them.

I am dealing with people from another state and they are dealing with me from another state. I found them courteous when they answered the phone and when they got out there, we were in business. They worked with me. It didn't seem like they were trying to cheat me in price. I didn't have any problems with the repair after it was finished.

They have been doing our service for about 5 years. We have a train unit. They took over from Brown's. They send us a card every year for the service. They are always on time. They have not increased their price. We have been pleased with them. We have one of the filters that you change once a year and they do that for us. They do our service comes every May.

They did a good job. They are on time and are fairly priced. They are hard working people. The quality of work they do is perfect.

During a below freezing cold spell my furnace quit. Since Von's had installed my unit about 10 years ago I called them. (Great job on installation by the way.) I left a voicemail message and my call was returned within 20 minutes. Since I had no heat they were at my home within 2 hours. The gentleman who came out was very knowledgable and said I needed a new motor. Unfortunately after the company did a thorough search they had to order it from the company which took 3 days to come in. This was a situation beyond their control and they kept in contact with me daily letting me know the status. As soon as the part came in they showed up and installed it immediately. I guess I saved money on my electric bill at least. They were totally professional and cleaned up after themselves.

I just purchased a home with older AC/Heat units. Although they were still working, they were 20 years old so I elected to get pricing for a new system. Steve and his crew came out to look at my old units, offered pricing on several different models along with providing efficiency levels for each option. They never tried to push the most expensive model. I found the entire process to be positive and would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in dealing with a good, honest, hardworking company.

Vons Heating and Air was very pleasant. They only performed the service we asked of them. They arrived on time and didn't take long to finish the work. The serviceman was professional and knowledgeable. It was a good experience.
