On August 18 around 1230 in the morning I was awakened by my bedroom ceiling falling upon me I had informed this to Patriot roofers lead inspector Chris when he came and inspected the roof to see what type of work to need to be done patchwork or a whole new roof they said a new roof work didn’t get done or started till September 28, 2020 I was never informed of when they would come and start the work. On the morning of September 28, 2020 I was awoken at 6:30 in the morning what sounded like my roof was falling on me again took about 10 minutes to realize what was going on it was the roofers they were here. So I went outside to see what was going on and they had asked me to move my car so it be easier for them to get to their vehicle. After parking my car one of their employees approached me and started asking if I was married and if I had children and I assured him and showed him my ring that was happily married and had children sleeping in the bedrooms As I turned and went to leave The man grabbed my hand and pulled it toward his chest. I was not happy and I let him know that for you he does not know me and does not know my life and I told him I had a husband after that they told me they had no generator I needed to use my electricity which I was never reimbursed for. I had told his supervisor the very next day about this on September 29, 2020 and I have not been contacted since it is now October 30 20 20 and still no contact on the situation. I’d highly recommend never to use Patriot roofing they made me feel extremely uncomfortable in my home where I was supposed to be safe used my electricity and showed up on announced at 6:30 on a weekday when my kids had to be up at 7:30 for school. Very unprofessional and they do not treat their clients well!!!!

One of their trucks ran me off the road. would not hire them. Obviously they show no professionalism!

I would hire Patriot again. They re-roofed a house for me and did an excellent job. The start date was about a month later than originally promised but they were very busy and there was a lot of rain during that time. My only other is that I would have liked them to keep me up to date on how much delay there would be and an estimated new re-roof start date. Otherwise, the quality of work looks exceptional and they made the whole process very easy from start to finish. I was very happy they were recommended to me and I will recommend them to others. They are very honest too. No pricing funny business. Straight forward.

They arrived as scheduled, work was completed as promised (two days). Price was exactly as quoted. Debris was hauled away. They covered my landscaping around my home, when they finished I had no clean up. Roofing team was very courteous, kept me updated and answered questions that I asked as the project went along. Great group, I would highly recommend this team.
