No one looks forward to needing a plumber. But when you do need one, it is great to find a company that sends a team of polite professionals who know their job, communicate what they are doing, and accomplish the work in short order. Based on my experience with OGRE PLUMBING, I highly recommend them.

I called three companies for an estimate on the job to replace my old hot water heater with a tankless hot water heater.  My propane provider came out and said they would get back to me with an estimate.  Another large Jacksonville plumbing company was able to "squeeze" me onto their estimating schedule four days later.  Ken came out the morning after my call--arriving precisely on schedule--and gave me an estimate on the spot.  I knew from research that it was a fair estimate (and I am a strong believer that "fair" is better than "low"), so we made a deal on the spot  Ken and his crew arrived precisely at the agreed time to do the installation, and did a great job. The adapted easily and cheerfully to a couple of unanticipated installation "issues" , and got the job done.  They left the work site completely clean and removed the old water heater for free.  I'm still waiting for a quote for the job from my propane company.  I would recommend Ogre Plumbing for any job large or small.
