+ -1 morePoor work and poor character. He showed up to collect some money and one other time for a few minutes. All other work was done by others who were not paid for their work.
Description of Work: First, he wanted money up front for services not provided. He came late to the job site with insufficent and necessary tools. Left one kid to do the job. He never returned to assist and did not complete the job. Not only did he not complete the job, he did not pay the young man who did most of the work. He told him to get any money he could from me bacause he wasn't coming back to finish. I paid this young man the remainder of what I owned Eric Jowers once the job as completel. He completed the work and I paid him the remainder of the money. Do not hire Eric Jowers for any tree or other work. He will ask for money up front and not come back. If he starts a job, he will not return. If he shows up, it's late and no feedback. He just wants cash up front for services not provided. Again, if you do hire him and I would not, DO NOT GIVE HIM MONEY UP FRONT, only upon completion.
