We were looking to get out of renting.  Contacted TJ Nooney at Moneyhan Realty & had a very good experience in purchasing our new home.  He was very professional & extremely helpful.  Had many contacts we were able to utilize in helping us complete the rigorous requirements of a VA Loan.

Would DEFFINITLY use again & will DEFFINITLY refer friends & family to his company.
