He is kind of a word-of-mouth guy. He is an instructor at the local college where they teach HVAC. I say that he has only been here once with a smile because, prior to him, I had three other people out here in six months to fix our system. He went ahead and corrected problems that the other guys caused. We have two air conditioning systems in our house and both were out when he came over. They have both been working without a problem since July 2010. He is busy and didn't show up the next day after I called and I had to wait a couple of days, but I was glad I waited. He calls back immediately when he can't always get here that day, because he only has two trucks. I had a bunch of different air conditioning guys before I found him, and now I wouldn't use anybody else.
