In general, it is the woman of the house that must interview and meet with service providers and workmen. Often it means having them in your home for hours during the day, this can sometimes be very stressful, accomodating a stranger in your home. Patrick McAnnally immediately gained my confidence and put me at ease and put any concerns that I may have had to rest. He is a very pleasant, confident, and capable person, a family man who understood working in my best interest; he took the time to answer each of my questions in a clear and direct manner. He listened carefully, took my comments and concerns into consideration and was very patient and cooperative to work with. He would offer his opinion regarding the design features that I wanted, giving suggestions for alternatives if he felt the result might not be what I was seeking and always did his best to deliver the best version of what I had described. He is very calm and easy going to be around, yet conscientious and punctual, and puts in a more than full 8-hr day making certain that his customer's get good value. I find that his rates and business practies concerning buying materials, etc. are excellent and very competitively priced.
