Through every interaction with us, he has been great. This includes showing us many investment properties, dealing with a couple failed contract attempts on the seller's end, and ultimately taken care of the leasing details and day-to-day requests of the tenants. The value of his service is a percentage of the rental income, so I put his annual take from it. IT will vary for his customers. While I am working full-time, it is great to know he is taking care of our investment property well. The next rental property we get will be bought through him and likely rented through his company as well.

Eddie has been our property manager for about 10 years. His communications and timely response to both the tenants and us are well above average.
