We place our orders as soon as we receive the deposit and then put it in our ordered file, that file is reviewed at least once a week to follow up with the supplier, when we do know of pending delays we try and let our customers know and sometimes good intentions get over looked"

"Member, As you know we were trying to find information on who sold and serviced the gas logs that were in your fireplace that were not working cecause of the lack of directions on how to use them. Gas is something that I don't like to play with and will always defer to the directions or someone else when not sure. As of the date that you were sent the inspection and the cost to repair your chimney to a working condition I still had not received the needed information on the gas log controls. While I will admit I should have made an effort to comunicate better with you to keep you updated as to what was going on, it isn't right for someone to make such a statement about a company. I also apologized to you in the email that was sent to you containing the report and the repair cost proposal. I think that if this would have been me waiting on information and I hadn't heard from the company, I believe that I would have a least made a phone call to find out what was going on before I posted at statement such as this about the company. We have been doing business in the Jacksonville and surrounding areas for over 32 years now and have never conned or ripped off anyone nor to we ever intend to do so. Our company is probally the most truthful chimney company in the entire Northeastern Florida area, if not in the entire state of Florida."
