James is a solid businessman. You can set your watch by his commitments. Price quoted was the price billed and great follow up after the job his crew cleaned up and left the job spotless. His price was definitely not the highest and wasnt the lowest but he shared good info and was concerned about my job getting done the way I needed and wanted it done. Im glad I went with him and his crew .. Definitely doing business again when I need it ..
