Cross Timbers Construction Group, Inc. or CTCG, has been serving the Clay, Duval, St. Johns & surrounding counties since 1999. CTCG is fully licenced with State Certifications in Building construction and Inspections. We provide for our clients upon our first meeting with a copy of our Licencing information, Insurance and Workers Compensation coverage, Warranty Information, and a list of recent references. We want our new clients to feel comfortable, and know right away that they have chosen to work with a company that is completely qualified to perform work on their home. CTCG's philosophy is to take the visions of their customers and bring them to reality, working within their budget for projects large and small. The key to their outstanding reputation and unparalleled work ethic is their flexibility. CTCG works with their clients through a wide variety of categories along many levels of design and remodeling. "We did talk to [Member name removed] about her crack in the shower floor and tried to explain since she had us install a travertine tile on the shower floor against our advice because it is a very soft tile that we woulld have to charge to come out and repair it. We did not hear back from her again and that was about 4 months ago or so. We have since refused to install travertine on shower floors and wont take on a job if the customer wants that type of tile installed."
