CNG Appliance

The technician who performed the work was competent, but failed to call me after checking on a part as promised.  The owner who answers the phone and runs the office was EXTREMELY unprofessional.  I called to check on the part status and he cursed me for just checking on it. He treats the customer like he has the only business in town.  An experience with him is like a scene from the movie Deliverance. Deal with the rude redneck at your own risk!

They gave me feedback that it shouldn't have happened and empowered me to call the manufacturer. The manufacturer ended up paying a $600 repair on an $800 machine. They covered everything but about $100 dollars with CNG. CNG saved me a lot of money. They were professional, prompt and reliable. I am going to use them again.

I was not actually there. The person who lives in the rental property was there when they came out. They were right on time. They came and fixed it. They did a great job. They would have come earlier, but the person who lives there couldn't be there when they could have come. I don't have any experience with the price, but considering that we thought we were going to have to replace the refrigerator, we thought it was a deal. I really don't have anything to compare it to. The quality of the work was great.

They are an excellent company and are fine in all aspects. The serviceman arrived on time, was knowledgeable and courteous. He even repaired a problem with the connection of the pipes which had caused our old disposal to burn out without an extra charge.

B&B Appliance is a husband-and-wife operation. They offer excellent service and will charge nothing if they cannot do the repair. In my neighborhood the price often goes up when they pull in the driveway. With B&B, though, you do not feel like you are being taken advantage of.
